Giovanni Risso (“Gio”) comes to Calico with more than 25 years of operational experience in the service and technology industry.  He has held management positions with companies such as Micro Centre where he was responsible for personnel management and sales operations.  His knack for identifying, hiring and training quality individuals has been proven by meeting and exceeding company goals and objectives.

At Calico Gio is responsible for overseeing and managing an operational staff of more than 200 field technicians, supervisors and janitors in Northern California.  He has a unique approach to developing key employees, whom he mentors and trains for responsible leadership roles. 

Gio also works very closely with Calico’s clients to promote proper communication, assure customer satisfaction and delivering quality of service.

Gio holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, which he earned from San Francisco State University.  He is certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration in janitorial services, building maintenance and carpet care.
