Heather Kelez Heather joined the Calico staff in 2006 to serve as Administrative Coordinator in its Construction and Repair division. After obtaining a Bachelors Degree at the UCI in 2005 Heather was employed by the UCI Police Department as a public safety dispatcher. In addition, she also served as its assistant coordinator where she was responsible for hiring and training new employees. She has won several awards of excellence and was on the Dean’s List five times at UCI.
