Jessica Otiniano Since 2002 Jessica has served in several facets in the Building Service Industry. Her experience includes a broad-based knowledge and understanding of the service industry. Prior to being promoted to her current position, she served as Calico’s Human Resource Manager. In that position she was responsible for creating and implementing employment policy and practices as well as keeping updated on constantly changing labor laws. As West Coast Manager of Janitorial Operations, she is responsible for the oversight of more than 200 employee statewide as well assuring quality control. This involves interfacing with both customers and supervisory level personnel. Jessica holds a degree from the University of Lima in Peru in Public Relations and Communications. Prior to coming to the United States she worked in the Fashion Design industry for 10 years as a designer and instructor.
