Since 2002 Jessica has served in several facets in the Building Service Industry.  Her experience includes a broad-based knowledge and understanding of constantly changing labor laws and practices.

In her position at Calico she is responsible for creating and implementing human resource policy and practices and assuring employee compliance. She attends periodic labor seminars to keep updated on employee and human resource related matters.

Jessica holds a degree from the University of Lima in Peru in Public Relations and Communications.  Prior to coming to the United States she worked in the Fashion Design industry for 10 years as a designer and instructor.
