Jurgen Stiefel Jurgen (Pronounced= Yer-gun) is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career background. Prior to joining Calico he was the top sales producer for ACE DuraFlo Corporation in Southern California. Prior to coming to the United States in 2004 Jurgen was the Senior Sales Manager/ Director in the saving and loan industry in Germany and Spain. His past experience also includes commercial property and asset management. Jurgen holds an engineering degree from Fachhochschule Technik Institute in Esslingen, Germany. As a member of the West German Water Polo team Jurgen competed in the 1972 Olympics in Munich and 1976 in Montreal. He was the high scorer at the World Championships 1978 in Berlin and also a member of the Gold Medal European Championship team of 1981. Jurgen met his wife Diane (an American) at Pepperdine University in 1983 when his water polo team was visiting the United States. Jurgen and Diane have 3 children.
