Melissa Gonzalez
Janitorial Coordinator
Melissa began working for Calico in January of 2008 as an Administrative Assistant. She was quickly promoted to the position of Department Coordinator where she reports directly to Calico VP Orlando Fernandez. She is instrumental in assuring daily communications among all 250 janitorial department personnel. She interfaces and assists customers with concerns, problems and requests. She communicates customer needs with Calico’s supervisory staff and assures proper follow up. “I really enjoy working and helping people solve any issues and concerns they might have.”
Melissa has over five years experience in customer service. Prior to her employment at Calico she worked as a leasing consultant for Anza Management. Melissa is currently working on obtaining her Bachelor Degree at Westwood College.
