Maintenance Vendor Liaison

Thao plays an integral role as Calico’s Maintenance Vendor Liaison.  In this position she is responsible for carefully researching, screening and hiring potential vendors.  This involves a very rigid and rigorous process in assuring each vendor meets, and adheres to Calico’s strict professional standards and insurance requirements.   Thao currently maintains a portfolio of over fifty outside maintenance vendors throughout the Western United States.  This position requires her to understand and effectively communicate with vendors on a myriad of technical levels as well as assuring proper completion of contracted work and customer follow up.  Prior to coming to Calico Thao was employed for 5 years as a mortgage loan processor.
