Janitorial Day Porter 

Job Summary: The Day Porter is responsible for maintaining the appearance of customer premise locations. The candidate will report directly to the Supervisor of a specific service area and will be required to communicate effectively both in written and spoken language.

Responsibilities and Duties: The duties listed below are typical examples of the work performed by positions in this job classification, but not limited to.

• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning of various indoor and outdoor areas per scope of work specifications
• Special services like graffiti removal and painting small areas
• Pick-up trash and debris
• Other tasks associated with maintaining strip malls, parking lots, and homeowner associations common areas
• Perform other janitorial and handyman duties as required

Qualifications and Skills:

• Be of good health
• Must be able to lift 50-80 lbs safely
• Bilingual with excellent communication skills
• Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, and climb a ladder for extended periods of time
• Excellent driving record

Additional Information:

• FLSA: Hourly Non-Exempt Position
• Pay Rate: $16.00-$18.00/hour, depending on experience
